What We Do

Support Before, During And After The Call

FRP works within the incident-command structure, coordinates professionally with the responsible agency, and follows up long after the emergency vehicles have gone home.

Services

01

Deployment Services

We deploy to disasters and critical incidents to care for responders working long operational periods under extreme conditions, always inside the incident-command structure.

02

Responder Rehabilitation

Quiet rest and decompression areas, shade and rest tents, cots, cooling and heating stations, hydration, coffee, healthy snacks, charging and communications support.

03

Hygiene & Showers

Mobile shower access, hygiene kits, towels, sunscreen and personal-care supplies — plus a new T-shirt and fresh socks when available.

04

Food Coordination

FRP does not operate a field kitchen. We work with restaurants, caterers, grocers and food trucks to order, pick up and deliver meals directly to responders.

05

Peer & Resilience Support

Supportive conversations, resilience resources, education and appropriate referrals. We never attempt to replace licensed counselors or agency peer-support programs.

06

Chaplain Services

Available only when requested. Prayer, presence, crisis and grief support, hospital visits and referrals — offered with full respect for every belief and background.

07

Critical-Incident Support

Support during and after difficult incidents, including death notification support when properly requested, with follow-up roughly seven to ten days later.

08

Funeral & Memorial Support

We stand beside families, departments, honor guards and chaplains at line-of-duty, first responder and military services — and continue support after the cemetery.

09

Agency Visits

Between deployments we visit fire halls, police departments, sheriff's offices, EMS stations and 911 centers for check-ins, appreciation and relationship building.

10

Training & Education

Resilience training, leadership and team development, family programs, burnout and stress education, preparedness programs and speaking engagements.

Family Support

Strengthen The Family, Strengthen The Responder

Marriage and relationship resources, parenting support, children and youth resilience, grief and loss care, family crisis support, meal trains, practical assistance, financial resource referrals and surviving-family outreach after injury, trauma, loss or retirement.

Responder Resilience Units

Bring The Help To The People Who Cannot Leave The Scene

FRP's mobile Responder Resilience Units — identified by operational numbers such as RRU-1 — take support directly to responders who cannot leave an incident to go looking for it.

  • Climate-controlled rest, seating and decompression space
  • Showers, hygiene supplies and fresh clothing
  • Satellite Wi-Fi, charging, communications and family contact support
  • Coffee, beverages, snacks, K-9 supplies and resource coordination
