Always leave people better than we found them
Water, hot coffee, a clean shirt, a quiet place to sit, someone willing to listen. Practical care delivered with dignity, never as a marketing opportunity.
Rest · Restore · Renew · Return Ready · Repeat
When everyone else is running away from the emergency, somebody needs to be there for the people answering the call. Frontline Resilience Partners serves responders and their families before, during, and long after the worst moments of their lives.
FRP exists to take care of the people who spend their lives taking care of everyone else. Not just disaster response. Not just chaplaincy. A Frontline Family that shows up before the call, during the call, and after everyone else has gone home.
Water, hot coffee, a clean shirt, a quiet place to sit, someone willing to listen. Practical care delivered with dignity, never as a marketing opportunity.
We build relationships at fire halls, police departments, 911 centers and EMS stations so responders know who we are long before they ever need us.
We deploy inside the incident-command structure, then follow up roughly seven to ten days later with one simple question: how are you doing now?
The Frontline Family
When Disaster Strikes
Responders may work for hours or days in heat, cold, flooding, fire and loss, with little sleep and limited access to food or showers. FRP deploys to care for the people caring for everyone else.
We work inside the incident-command structure and respect the authority of the agency managing the scene. We are there to support the operation, never to interfere with it.
Quiet rest and decompression areas, cooling and heating stations, hydration, coffee and snacks, charging and communications support, mobile showers, hygiene kits, clean socks and T-shirts, peer support and chaplain care when requested.

Family SupportFallen Heroes
The Alabama Fallen Heroes record is never merely a collection of names. Every name represents a life, a family, a department, a community, a story and a sacrifice — and a surviving family FRP intends to keep serving long after the funeral.

A disaster rarely gives advance notice. Community members, businesses, churches and restaurants help make sure FRP is ready before the call ever comes in.
